CHANNEL ORCHESTRATION

Who says what, to whom, when, on which channel. And in what order.

Orchestration is the direction that turns separate channels into a single execution.

The problem is not having the channels. It is directing them.

An orchestra of excellent players each reading their own score, with no conductor, produces noise. The same applies to pharmaceutical marketing channels: field, remote, DEM, social and content can all be excellent, but without a direction that decides sequence, priority and frequency, they overlap or leave gaps.

Channel orchestration is that direction: it defines the rules by which, given a physician and an objective, the right channel is activated at the right moment, taking into account what has already happened on the other channels. It is sequence logic, not a sum of activities.

What Merqurio does

Sequence rules

Definition of the order and dependencies between touchpoints: what triggers what, and under which conditions.

Behavioural triggers

Activation of the next channel based on the physician's response to the previous one — an open, a click, a non-response.

Frequency and pressure management

Control of the overall frequency on the individual physician, to avoid overexposure and fatigue.

Field–remote–digital coordination

Alignment between the field, remote and digital channels on the same journey, in a closed loop.

When it helps

Your channels step on each other's toes

Sequence rules eliminate overlaps and redundant contacts.

You want to react to the physician's behaviour

Triggers activate the right touchpoint in response to what the physician does.

The physician is overexposed

Pressure management controls the overall frequency across all channels.

Field and remote don't talk to each other

Orchestration puts them on the same shared journey.

Assets

Orchestrating requires controlling the channels and knowing the behaviour on which to base the rules. Merqurio has both: the channels are its own, and the engagement data — from the database and from DottNet — feed the triggers.

The direction does not run on assembled third-party tools, but on a proprietary ecosystem where field, remote and digital are natively coordinable.

The difference is not activating the channels. It is directing them in sequence, on real behaviour.

Do you want a direction that coordinates your channels instead of just adding them up? Let's talk.
