LEADERSHIP

A leadership that combines entrepreneurial vision and sector expertise.

Merqurio is led by its founder, Salvatore Ruggiero, and by a management team that oversees the areas in which the group operates: the editorial direction and the DottNet platform, the medical and scientific direction, the information and sales networks, marketing and digital, technology and data, compliance and quality.

It is a leadership that combines two dimensions rarely present together: the operational knowledge of pharma — built over more than 30 years in the field — and the drive for innovation that led Merqurio to introduce into the sector models such as remote scientific information. Decisions arise from the intersection between those who know the rules and processes of the sector and those who design the tools to change them.

The management structure oversees the key functions in an integrated way — editorial, medical-scientific, commercial, marketing, technological and compliance — so that every project can rely on coordinated skills instead of separate silos.

Mission

We help companies communicate in an effective, compliant and measurable way with physicians, healthcare professionals and patients, turning every activity into a concrete result.

Vision

To become the benchmark for integrated pharmaceutical and health communication, building a system in which data, content, services and relationships contribute to improving the quality of decisions and of the experience in the world of health, from prevention to care.

Purpose

In a system as complex as health, communication is part of the quality of decisions, relationships and the care experience. Merqurio's goal is to help make this communication clearer, more responsible, more useful and more effective for those who care and those who are cared for.

Values

Effectiveness

Every project must produce a measurable advancement. This value justifies the focus on KPIs, use cases, proof of results and a conversion-oriented architecture.

Reliability

Compliance, traceability and process quality are part of the value. This value supports the presence of regulated services, correct certifications and messages that are not improvised.

Control

The combination of data, channels, processes and operational capabilities is essential to the success of the project and must be told as a governance capability, not as a mere matching of demand and supply.

Vertical expertise

This value must emerge in the language, in the use cases, in the content, in the structure of the site and in the ability to speak to different functions (marketing, medical, commercial, operations).

Responsibility

Communication in health has a real impact. This value gives legitimacy to the purpose and justifies a serious, non-self-referential tone of voice.

Operability

It sells the ability to turn a need into a solution that is actually delivered. This value is decisive for the site, which must stop looking like a scattered editorial ecosystem and start working as an acquisition engine.

Trust

We are aware that trust between people and organisations is the foundation on which to build lasting relationships. We cultivate lasting relationships over time with employees, clients, suppliers and partners.

Certifications

We have always believed they can help us improve, understand areas for improvement and bring possible critical issues to light. This is why we are always committed to a concrete application of certifications.

Transparency

We always produce scientifically correct content and clearly distinguish promoted material for the reader.

Future

We are optimists; we are strongly convinced that the future can be better thanks to our small contribution, and we are determined to take part in its development.

People

We know that at the centre of everything are our colleagues, with whom we work every day to make things work and grow them. And, without rhetoric, we have always believed in mutual fairness, respect and trust.
