We are looking for phone operators to join our Data Bank group.

The company

Merqurio is an innovative and growing company, specialised in pharmaceutical marketing and scientific communication solutions in the healthcare sector, offering scientific information, medical database management and field research services.

The role

Phone-based activity within the Data Bank group, supporting surveys and data collection with physicians.

Conducting surveys with physicians on pathologies and pharmacology.
Privacy-consent collection calls to physicians on behalf of pharmaceutical companies.

Requirements

The following are considered preferential:

Phone experience

Previous experience in phone-contact activities.

Interpersonal skills

Excellent listening, communication and negotiation skills.

Degree in scientific subjects

A degree in scientific disciplines, including a bachelor's degree.

Goal orientation

A results-driven approach focused on achieving objectives.

Flexibility

Availability and adaptability to the group's different activities.
